The frequency of Forums is usually once every 8 weeks depending on the need within individual boroughs. Where necessary subgroups are formed and tasked with leading on various issues. (e.g. health).

Another aspect to this role is to provide individual support to Travellers to participate in wider BME Forums happening in individual boroughs.

The ITMB current Inter-Agency Forums are operating in Hillingdon, Brent, Ealing, Barnet, Hounslow, Harrow and Lewisham. The ITMB can provide advice and consultancy on Inter- Agency Forums.
